This is a 3D Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl Glow in the Dark Luminous Fluorescent Puffy to heat press on a garment. The 3D puff and glows in the dark effect, create a raised textured and add dimension to the heat transfer vinyl (HTV).
This vinyl has a good elasticity, and it can be applied with your household iron if you don't have a heat press. I also atach the instructions.

The blue vinyl is the one I placed on my Samurai Safety Orange T-Shirt, and it changes to green when it is in the dark. And the white changes to bright blue.
